wooo...today is wednesday...n deres is trainin...but my arms are aching lik hell when shootin todae...mayb i didnt warm down ba...nvm... den shot 3 ends todae...but still hittin my bow arm...after mookie's analysis...tink its bcox i relax my bow arm too fast n therefore de string will hit into my arm guard..n dats de reason y i keep hittin ba... haas.. but my shots are quite consistent..so its a consistent mistake...lolx.. i mux try my best not to lift up my head too much...[mayb i do not haf de strength and therefore i lift up my head to compensate to anchor it..] n not to throw...mayb i could put more force on my 4th finger...cox my 4th finger will alwaes let go first n thus i will 'throw' n my arrow will anihow fly... todae not bad lar..after trainin went to eat den went to de library...dey wanted to project de videos..but tink sumtink wrong wid de cable or sumtink...no idea...aniwaes it doesnt work..so mookie have to tell us our mistakes one by one...haas..its cool lar..sumhow...lookin at euurself how to shoot...n spot de mistakes.. im goin to be harsh on myself to force myself to improve loe...so goin to make it...!!! haix..aniwaes todae is a tired dae...i had no idea but i jux felt tired...de whole day..... its feels lik im goin die soon....mayb after rest..den i will feel better ba... now back home...de rest are addicted playin dota...playin de map..run kitty...~ -__- okie..tink tmr dey are goin to continue playin dat..mayb will join dem tmr....todae im goin to rest...n my bruise is gettin bigger n bigger...rubbed my winnie..ah zhou..n yude...-__- winnie's is still alrite..its feels so shiok lar..but a bit pain..but both ah zhou and yude 1 hor..will kill mi loe...rub until i gona cry...haix.. hopefully it will get better....den tot of lookin at my blog...n found out..de front part of my previous blog was gone...sian..!! i wrote lots loe..diao...haix..dun bother le..too tired to bother le...bye peps..~~
